In the short term, print credits can be purchased directly from us at the Herbert Manzoni Counter. We are working with Ricoh and our colleagues in IT Services to rectify this as soon as possible.
An upgrade is required as the current card services system (Symmetry) which prints cards is running on an unsupported operating system.

We are looking for staff or doctoral researchers who buy lunch at least once a week from a food-to-go outlet (sandwiches from a café, pasta pot from spars, wrap from subway etc.) for an interactive interview session where you and the researcher will map out your experience using paper, pens, cards, and/or stickers. Sessions are 45 minutes long, and participants receive a £10 Amazon voucher as reimbursement for time.
